IZOMAKS IZOFIX 102 is a one component dry – pre- mixed: polymer modified cementitious minor / pinholes fairing coat concrete repair. Due to its unique composition provide non shrinkage, flexible and smooth finish, it also can be used as a skin coat.

USE

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 102 is design for application of minor imperfections in concrete and masonry surfaces in the range of leather edge up to 3mm can be used for the filling of pinholes prior to over coating, minor crack filling, as a thin layer render, fair face concrete repair etc, in the field of exterior, interior wall and ceilings.

APPLICATION

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 102 Apply the mixed with the steel trowel to the substrate up to 3mm thick and allow to partly setting before finally towelling to a smooth finish and excess paste should be removed and finishing and excess paste should be removed and finishing should be done by a steal trowel. Aluminum tube and plastic float Render finisher.

Note: water can be drowning to the surface if overworking with the float occurs resulting in an unsightly finish. Sponges or plastic floats may be used to achieve desired texture.

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 102 prepared paste must be used within an hour from mixing depending on weather and site conditions.

APPLICATION METHOD

Surface preparation:

The surface must be throughly clean, sound and free from dust, crack, ridges, oil and grease, loose particles and other contamination. The surface must be prepared mechanically brushing or high pressure blasting which will gives clean exposed surface. The surface should be clean with the tap water however ensuring that the surface should saturated and free from water before applications.

Exposed reinforcement should be free from chloride or other material which may cause corrosion. This is clean by water blasting method before applying any corrosion inhibitor.

Product preparation:

Pour 6 to 7 liter per 25 kg bags of IZOMAKS IZOFIX 102 into a clean container and add powder component gradually while mixing with a low speed mixing stirrer until a lump free paste is achieved.

CLEANING

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 102 has 12 months in original closed packaging from date of production in dry cool and ventilated area. Keep away from all the resources of heat, exposed in sun or humid area.

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 105 is a one component ready mx, fiber reinforced polymer modified cementitious repair mortar. Due to its unique composition resists sulphates and it provide high strength, non shrinkage, flexible and smooth finish that is suitable for columns, beams and slabs.

USE

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 105 is a ideal repair mortar for beams, columns, slabs, heavy damaged concrete structure, bridges, repair wall and ceiling can be use all the porous concrete surfaces etc.

APPLICATION

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 105 can be applied with a bucket trowel, spray machine or by pumping and excess paste should be removed and finishing should be done by a trowel. Aluminum tube. Render finisher.

IZOMAKS IZOFIX 105 prepared past must be used within an hour from mixing depending on weather and site conditions. For thickness more than 50mm recommended using two layers when the first coat is applied it the surface should be roughened to the batter bond with the second layers.

Old Surface:

The surface must be clean, sound and free from dust and loose surfaces. Loos surface can be removing by hammering with the wire brush and cured with water till it reached to saturated surface into dry conditions. The surfaces should be priming with the IZOBOND SBR
